NGO Triangle is a platform for education, culture, and human rights protection — working across Kolomyia district and Ivano-Frankivsk region toward a society of free, responsible citizens.
Founded in 2016, Triangle started as a cultural initiative in Kolomyia. After Russia's full-scale invasion in February 2022, we rapidly scaled our work — from arts festivals to a regional hub for IDP support, legal aid, veteran rehabilitation, and local democracy.
Founded to advance culture and civic awareness in Kolomyia district through art festivals and creative events.
Launched emergency IDP support operations. Established the "Hive of Meanings" shelter and platform, housing up to 60 people at a time.
Joined the Legal Development Network. Solomiia Zinets-Matsyshyn joined the Network's Board.
Delivered the "Vidnova" project — developing veteran policy, accessibility, and brand strategies across three Ivano-Frankivsk communities and three Mykolaiv communities.
Scaling to a nationally influential organization with a 2026–2028 Development Strategy focused on local democracy and social cohesion.
Our vision, mission, and values are the core framework that guides every decision — from project design to team culture.
"We make communities inclusive, people agentic, and culture influential."
"A society of free people who take responsibility for the development and resilience of democratic institutions within their community and country."
Five values underpin every program, every partnership, and every interaction with the people we serve.
Every program and system is built around real, verified human needs. A person is the goal — never the means.
We treat every person as a partner, not a recipient. Equal rights, confidentiality, and a safe space are non-negotiable.
We work openly and inclusively, respecting human rights and the rule of law, and supporting a culture of dialogue.
We develop ourselves and the organization, promoting lifelong learning as a culture of sustainable behaviour.
We work for results we take responsibility for — using resources rationally, focusing on real, lasting impact for people and communities.
Our 2026–2028 strategy organises work into five interconnected directions, each contributing to a more resilient, democratic, and cohesive Ukraine.
Supporting veterans, IDPs, and vulnerable groups through legal aid, skills training, psychological support, and pathways to employment.
Strengthening civic participation, youth activism, local self-government capacity, and a culture of community dialogue.
Advancing gender equality, recognising veterans' contributions, and providing psychological support to families of military personnel.
Promoting the history and culture of the Kolomyia region, developing festival activities, supporting artists, and creating interregional cultural projects.
Building the team, strengthening partnerships at community, regional, national, and international levels, and ensuring the organisation's financial sustainability.
A tight-knit group of professionals with backgrounds in law, psychology, culture, finance, and communications — united by shared values.
